Wisconsin DPI Career and Technical Education Fall Workshop

The DPI Career and Technical Education Team's annual fall workshop was held on Tuesday, November 3, 2009 in Stevens Point, WI. The following topics were discussed and relevant presentation material included.

• Work-based Learning - Employability Skills Revisions The next generation of workers has different values, needs, wants, and expectations. Gen Y employees want constant feedback. The revision of the General Employability Skills will allow employers to gear work and work environments to school-supervised work-based education.
