Work-based Learning - Employability Skills Revisions The next generation of workers has different values, needs, wants, and expectations. Gen Y employees want constant feedback. The revision of the General Employability Skills will allow employers to gear work and work environments to school-supervised work-based education. - Career Pathway Website Project Discover how an interagency team of educational and workforce training representatives are coming together to build a Wisconsin Career Pathways Web Site. This project, which is funded through a Wisconsin Technical College System Carl Perkins reserve grant, will assist educators in the development of secondary-to-postsecondary programs of study.
