Administrative Rules Hearing – PI 34

This hearing is to accept public testimony on the following proposed permanent rules:

SS 024-24, on a proposed administrative rule to amend ch. PI 34, relating to adopting a code of ethics under ch. PI 34
SS 025-24, on a proposed administrative rule to amend ch. PI 34, relating to options for addressing professional misconduct under PI 34

The Department will hold the public hearing by teleconference only. Written comments received no later than the date of the hearing will be given the same consideration as testimony presented at the hearing.

A copy of the proposed rule is available on the department's Administrative Rules webpage or the Wisconsin Legislature Rules site. Written comments on the proposed permanent rule may be made via the Legislature’s form for submitting public comment. Questions or additional testimony on the rules may be sent by email to the department’s administrative rules coordinator.
