Description
The vision is that all students will learn and grow with resources aligned to accelerate growth for students behind grade level. School-based leadership is intentional, shared, strategic, and inclusive. Building leaders drive and monitor the goals to align with school vision. Permanent visuals (data walls, Google docs) provide real-time feedback on student proficiency.
Application
Robinson Elementary School developed a shared vision by engaging all stakeholders, and they use this process to make shared decisions to address their achievement gaps.
