Lt. Kevin Park Colling, USN
This memorial was established in November 1999 by the Wisconsin FBLA Chapters on behalf of Joni Loock, former State Chair, in memory of her son-in-law, Kevin Colling, who was killed in a Blue Angel plane crash on October 28, 1999.  Kevin had been selected as a Blue Angel the previous spring and was training with an experienced pilot when the accident occurred in Georgia.  The accident occurred two weeks before Kevin would have begun his assignment with the Blue Angels.  Kevin had lived his dream of flying and through this memorial, other students will have a chance to fulfill their dreams as well.  Application materials for The Kevin P. Colling Scholarship are now available through the Wisconsin FBLA State Office.

Ruel Falk
This memorial was established in January 2000 in memory of Ruel Falk who was a former business education supervisor and division administrator at the Department of Public Instruction.
