If you are unable to join the web-conference using the "Join Meeting" link above you have three options:

  1. Contact SNT Office Operations Program Associate, at 608-267-9228
  2. Contact Microsoft LiveMeeting support by cutting and pasting this link into your web browser:
    http://r.office.microsoft.com/r/rlidLiveMeeting?p1=12&p2=en_US&p3=LMInfo&p4=support
  3. Join via audio conference, by completing the following steps:
    1. Dial the toll-free conferencing service, 1-877-381-7791.
    2. When prompted, enter the participant code, 1795337844.

First-time Users:

To save time before the meeting, check your system to make sure it is ready to use Office Live Meeting. If the web-conferencing tool is not installed, then you will be prompted to do so. The install should take only a few minutes. If the tool is installed, then you will see a slide noting this fact. To close the check window, select 'Meeting' in the upper grey tool bar and scroll down to 'Exit'.

To join LiveMeeting without installing the client, a web-based client is available. Some users of the Office Live Meeting service cannot install or run the Windows-based meeting client, usually because their computer runs an operating system that is not compatible with the Windows-based meeting client, such as Linux or Apple Macintosh, or their PC is locked down and does not allow installation of new software.

Tip: For best results it is best to log into the webcast on your computer and then mute the computer. For audio, connect telephone by dialing 1-877-381-7791 and using the participant code: 1795337844.
