The 911 Health Science Occupations License does not exist. No new licenses have been issued since August 31, 2004. Those who had a 911 license prior to that date may continue to renew it.

Please see Health Science Programming in Wisconsin for school district program development. This document was developed to assist school districts in providing health science classes for students. Options are given for program development.
