ISES DISCIPLINE (D) FALL 2007 COLLECTION WILL OPEN 09/04/2007

The ISES Discipline Web Application will open Tuesday, 09/04/2007, for submission of 2006-07 discipline records.

ISES COUNT DATE/YEAR END (CD/YE) FALL 2007 COLLECTION IS OPEN

The ISES Count Date and Year End Web Application is currently open for submission of 2006-07 year end records and 2007-08 count date records.

ISES STATE-WIDE FALL TRAINING OPPORTUNITES

Space is still available in ISES training sessions to be held through the middle of September. Separate ISES Discipline and ISES Count Date / Year End training sessions are being offered. ISES ON-LINE TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES

Several training sessions have been recorded and are available on-line. Sessions are available for new WSLS and ISES staff as well as experienced staff. These sessions are listed on the WSLS and ISES Training and Technical Support web pages.

REMINDER - HELPDESK EXPERT TOOL

We have implemented the HelpDesk Expert Tool to aide in providing support for our web applications, http://dpi.wi.gov/lbstat/helptool.html. We encourage use of the on-line HelpDesk Expert Tool in place of emails to dpistats and telephone calls. Our hope is the tool will provide better tracking of issues and problems as well as where we need to provide better training to the districts.
