PLEASE DISTRIBUTE THIS MESSAGE TO ALL DISTRICT STAFF WORKING IN WSLS or ISES

WSLS/ISES RE-OPENING TODAY, DEADLINE EXTENDED

WSLS and ISES is open. Districts are encouraged to continue working on submission of ISES 06/07 Year End and 07/08 Count Date records, as well as any necessary changes to enrollment data in WSLS, submission of 06/07 ISES Discipline data and submission of the October 1 Supplement for Child Count. Assistance is available from the WSLS/ISES HelpDesk via the HelpDesk Expert tool: http://dpi.wi.gov/lbstat/helptool.html

The deadline for the initial submission of ISES 06/07 Year End and 07/08 Count Date records has been extended to Wednesday, November 7th at 8am. ISES will close on this date for the statewide validation and will re-open on November 12th for the review and revision period. The Discipline and October 1 Child Count Applications will remain open while statewide validation is being done on the 3rd Friday data.

The deadline for the review and revision period will remain November 26th at 4pm. All ISES data should be final by this date.

Again, districts are encouraged to contact the WSLS/ISES HelpDesk via the HelpDesk Expert tool for assistance with ISES, WSLS, ISES Discipline and the October 1 Supplemental Child Count: http://dpi.wi.gov/lbstat/helptool.html.
