WSLS/ISES Update

WSLS AND ISES REOPEN 24 X 7

The move of ISES and WSLS to a new server is now complete. WSLS and ISES now operate independently of other applications so can again be open 24 X 7. DPI and outside consultants are continuing to review ISES system performance issues and we will be incorporating specific changes to improve system efficiency as these changes as identified.

COMMON ISSUES/PROBLEMS - PROMOTION INDICATOR

The Common Issues/Problems file has been updated to reflect promotion-indicator issues. http://dpi.wi.gov/lbstat/xls/isestips.xls. For more information, please refer to last week's mass email about recent changes made in ISES in response to reported promotion-indicator.

FINAL WSAS ROSTER FILE - REMINDER

This file will be created on December 16 at 8 am. For more information, see "Final WSAS Roster File" at http://dpi.wi.gov/lbstat/iseswsas.html#finalfile.

HELP DESK SUPPORT
