Purpose: Building capacity with Title I-D programs to close opportunity gaps, collaborate across statewide systems and schools, and build effective transition tools all with the end result of improving student outcomes.
 

Institution education directors or administration, Title I-D coordinators, Teachers of Title I-D students, Institutes of higher education faculty and students, and State agency employees working in mental health, child welfare, and other relevant fields are encouraged to attend. There is no registration fee for this conference.

Dr. Hentz will prime attendees for conversations around equity and how they may close opportunity gaps through transition work. 

Keynote Speaker: Friday, November 10, 8:45 - 11:45 a.m.

Dr. Chrishirella Warthen-Sutton, Manager, Office of Family and Community Engagement, Racine Unified School District

Dr. Warthen-Sutton will specifically engage attendees in how they can build a plan to make meaningful connections with families and communities to ensure student success.
