1999 LSTA Grant Awards
(January - December, 1999)




Grant award announcements for the 1999 LSTA grant projects were sent out in late 1998 by State Superintendent John T. Benson. Public libraries, public library systems, the Division for Libraries and Community Learning and other library agencies were awarded over $2.8 million in LSTA funds to improve library services in communities, counties, and systems across the state and at the state level. Each grant awarded is listed below by grant category.
