Sanctuary's Mosquito Costume. Eyes are glitter-covered Styrofoam balls cut in half, glued to a baseball cap. Proboscis is brown fabric over stuffing and heavy wire.

Wings are heavy cellophane on wire frames, mounted with duct tape to the core of a backpack (everything cut off except straps and back piece).
