The Wisconsin Talking Book and Braille Library (WTBBL) and the National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped (NLS) serve individuals who are visually impaired, physically impaired, or have learning disabilities, as well as schools, libraries, and other agencies that serve those individuals.
