Student Achievement Guarantee in Education (SAGE) Program Schools and Aid


 
The links below are to tables that list the schools that have been in the SAGE Program and the annual aid totals for each. (THESE DOCUMENTS ARE EXCEL (spreadsheet) FILES. You may be able to "open" the file to view it directly or may have to "save" the file to a directory on your hard drive or network -- then open it locally).
  • 2006-07 - This spreadsheet includes the list of participating schools (480) with the 2006-07 aid amount calculated from information submitted in October and January. Payments were sent via electronic funds transfer on November 13, 2006 and February 12, 2007. The final payment is scheduled for June 11. The per pupil aid amount was $2,000 for each low income pupil reported in October and $1,146.04 for pupils reported in January (posted June 2007).

  • 2005-06 - This spreadsheet includes the list of participating schools (495) with the final 2005-06 aid calculated from information submitted in October, January, and March. The final payment was sent via electronic funds transfer on June 12, 2006. The per pupil aid amount was $2,000 for each low income pupil (posted 7/26/06).
  • 2004-2005 - July SAGE Aid Payment - DISTRICT TOTALS.  111 Districts received a June SAGE aid payment that was prorated due to insufficient SAGE funding. On July 26 the Joint Finance Committee approved a supplemental payment that provides funding at a level of $1,500 per student for eligible low income students reported after October 2004. These districts will receive a payment on August 15 of $1,500 per FTE less the amount ($542.59) received in June, or $957.41 times the number of FTEs.  This payment should be accrued as 2004-2005 revenue and should be debited to Fund 10 715 500 Due from State Government and credited to Fund 10 R 650 State SAGE Aid.  This spreadsheet shows total payments by district.  The link below shows the schools to which the payments should be credited.   • 2004-2005 - This spreadsheet includes the list of participating schools (524) with 2004-05 aid calculated and paid as of June 13 and additional aid paid August 2005.  The aid for each school includes $2,000 for each low income pupil documented in October and a total of $1500 ($542.59 included in the June payment and $957.41 paid in August) for the additional low income pupils reported after October 2004.   • 2003-2004 - List of participating schools (529) and final 2003-04 aid calculation. (Total includes November, February, and June payments and payment made July 26 to restore proration figured into the June 21 payment .  See http://dpi.wi.gov/sfs/break.html and http://dpi.wi.gov/sfs/ltrjuly22_04.html for information about the July payment.)
  • 2002-2003 - List of participating schools (548) and June 2003 final aid calculation (CORRECTED copy posted 7/15/03).
