3. Governor's School Health Award winners featured in new photo gallery

A new photo gallery on the Department of Public Instruction website features representatives of schools which won the Governor's School Health Award. The awards, presented by State Superintendent Elizabeth Burmaster, First Lady Jessica Doyle, and Governor's Council on Physical Fitness and Health Co-chair Paul Costanzo, recognize schools for policies, programs, and infrastructure that support and promote healthy eating; exercise; alcohol-, tobacco-, and drug-free lifestyles; parental and community involvement; and staff wellness. Schools are encouraged to apply for next year's awards; for more information, see http://www.schoolhealthaward.wi.gov/.

Images on the gallery are free for use by the public and the media. The photographs can be downloaded by right-clicking on the image. Media should credit the Department of Public Instruction when using the pictures publicly.
