5. History Channel offers educational servicesOnline resources for teaching about the Jamestown settlement, the American revolution, and more are available from the History Channel. The network has also developed a Take A Veteran to School Day campaign to link veterans of all ages with young people in schools and communities, and offers an email service to alert teachers to upcoming programming with educational potential, supplying teacher's guides when available.
