5. Highlights from on-line education calendar

The Milwaukee Digital Media Conference, a hands-on opportunity for teachers, occurs from July 30 through August 3, 2007, at the Milwaukee Public Museum.

On August 22, 2007, you can receive training on the DPI's new Bullying Prevention Curriculum at Cooperative Educational Service Agency (CESA) 6 in Oshkosh.

October 16, 2007 would be the perfect time for a lesson about world hunger—it's World Food Day, proclaimed by the United Nations in 1979 to heighten awareness of hunger, malnutrition, and poverty.
