2. SEAchange will feature your stories!

SEAchange readers, we want to know and share the good work at your local school or organization. Your opportunity to gain a little attention is about to commence.

Beginning sometime after the New Year, SEAchange will feature stories suggested by subscribers. We are looking for exciting programs or "best practices" developed in your corner of the education world, initiatives that could benefit others or benefit from publicity, or even proposed topics you know little about that just pique your curiosity.

Out of the pool of story suggestions, we will choose to feature those that would best serve SEAchange's statewide audience of thousands of educators and friends of education.

To submit a suggestion, dash off an email to the editor of SEAchange, Benson Gardner, benson.gardner@dpi.state.wi.us. In the subject line, include the words "SEAchange story idea." (If you have a desired week for the article to run, please state that in the subject line as well.) In the body, give Benson an idea of the story in as few words as possible (without sacrificing important meaning). If there's a website related to the idea, please include it. Benson will be in touch with you if he needs more information.

Involving a greater portion of the education community will, without a doubt, strengthen this education newsletter. We look forward to reading your ideas!
