PI 1505 Special Education Budget Report: School districts must file the Special Education Budget Report with the Department of Public Instruction. This report may be accessed online via the "School Financial Reporting Portal" on the School Financial Services Homepage at www.dpi.wi.gov/sfs/index.html.

PI 1505 Special Education Annual Report: School districts, CESAs, and CCDEBs must file the Special Education Annual Report with the Department of Public Instruction. This report may be accessed online via the "School Financial Reporting Portal" on the School Financial Services Homepage at www.dpi.wi.gov/sfs/index.html. For assistance in completing addendum and correcting errors in the special education annual report, please see the links below.

2R Charter Schools/Non-Instrumentality Charter Schools:

2R Charter Schools and districts submitting claims for non-instrumentality charter schools within their district should submit the PI 1505 Special Education Annual Report by downloading, completing, and emailing the following excel spreadsheet.
