On November 16, 2001, during a pre-hearing conference, the parties entered into a stipulated agreement, resulting in the petitioner’s withdrawal of its request for an expedited due process hearing. It is understood between the parties that neither will be ready to proceed within 45 days. It is also understood between the parties that expulsion proceedings will be stayed pending an evaluation of [Student], the evaluation will be done before the School District’s winter break, and that services will be provided to [Student] in the interim.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the above-captioned matter is dismissed without prejudice.
