Speech and Language: English Language Learners (ELL)Instructions for Administration of Spanish-Language Testing InstrumentsThere are a number of Spanish-language testing instruments. Spanish-language instruments are designed to be given by a licensed speech and language pathologist who is bilingual in Spanish and English. The Minnesota Department of Education along with several members of the Minnesota Speech and Hearing Association (MSHA) Multicultural Committee collaborated to develop instructions for the administration of some of these test instruments by a speech and language pathologist working with an interpreter. These instructions are listed below for the specified test instrument.
