Timetable for AODA and Tobacco Grants

March 14, 2008	Completed applications must be received by DPI by this date for the State funded Tobacco Grants. Applications will not be accepted after this date.
April 23, 2008	Completed applications must be received by DPI by this date for the State funded AODA Grants. Applications will not be accepted after this date.
June 1, 2008	Districts notified of funding.
June 30, 2008	2007-2008 State AODA grants End-of-Year Report due to the Department of Public Instruction.
September 30, 2008	Final AODA Claim for 2007-08 Due to DPI
February 2, 2009	AODA Interim Reports due to Department of Public Instruction.

  Two compressed videos regarding information about the AODA and Tobacco grant application process were produced on February 1, 2008, in response to the requests from CESA 8 and CESA 12 school districts and WATODEN representatives. These shortened presentations (1 1/2 hours) walk the viewer through both grant applications, noting grant requirements and changes from the last competition. Application due dates are: Tobacco, 3/14/08, and AODA, 4/23/08.
