Induction Model

In June 2007, the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction and Great Lakes West Comprehensive Assistance Center brought together stakeholders to review survey results from initial educators and mentors about induction, to review research, and to plan for improvements. The Wisconsin Induction Model and Promising Programs information was developed by the department in response to recommendations made by stakeholders.
