Academic and Career Planning supports best practices in transition planning for ALL students-- with and without Individual Education Plans (IEPs). At this session learn first-hand from a panel of districts who are currently connecting the ACP process and the transition planning in Post-Secondary Transition Plan (PTP) for students with disabilities. In addition, there will be a brief overview of the importance of the ACP process in light of new federal requirements under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA).
