Event Description

2018-2019 is a statewide ACP process monitoring and evaluation year. The District ACP Coordinators Forum is a meeting opportunity for ACP leaders to discuss, share strategies, and identify ways to monitor and evaluate ACP implementation at the local level. 

Participants will:
  • Learn about key findings in the statewide ACP evaluation
  • Engage in a focused idea exchange around the components to target for local evaluation
  • Make connections between ACP and state accountability
