Developing successful partnerships among education, business and industry, and community-based organizations is vital to the Academic and Career planning process. In collaboration with the Northeast Wisconsin Manufacturing Alliance and the Bay Area Workforce Development Board, the Green Bay Area Public School District’s students and educators are benefiting from a number of unique opportunities to actively explore high skill, high wage, and high demand careers. The presenters will outline the process they use to develop viable pathways in northeast Wisconsin to infuse real-world career planning into the academic setting.
