The following ACP Lessons intend to provide facilitators the tools they need to plan and implement ACP at the school-level. Each lesson contains information to provide a solid understanding of ACP, supplemental materials to use during a training, and suggested activities for a presenter to lead a successful meeting on ACP implementation.
