1.  National Institute of Health/UW Survey about Children and Schools During the Pandemic

In partnership with the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction, UW-Madison, and the National Institutes of Health, the ReSET team is working to understand how to support children with complex health issues and those around them to safely attend school in person during the pandemic. Our team is comprised of family advocates and school district, higher education, clinical, and state organization staff.

The purpose of this email is to invite you to share your ideas on how to do this. We are surveying families, school staff, clinicians and policymakers across Wisconsin. Please take a moment to click on the survey link below to provide your ideas. This survey is voluntary. Your responses are anonymous. It should take 5 minutes or less to complete this survey. You may skip any question you do not want to answer.

Follow this link to the Survey: Take the survey
or copy and paste the URL into your browser: https://redcap.ictr.wisc.edu/surveys/?s=XYTMD434YN

Please share your ideas by Friday, May 21. Based on your feedback, we will create a list of practical ideas to share with families and school districts. If you have questions about the survey, please contact Michelle Kelly at michelle.kelly@wisc.edu.

Thank you for considering and for your tireless work during the pandemic.
