Too often, instructional coaches find themselves as “the only one” in a building or even across a district; making the role rewarding but also isolating. Sometimes coaches are hired with the best of intentions, yet without a clear system of support to lean on for their own growth. The Community of Coaching offers an intentional space to fill that gap by bringing together job-alike peers for authentic, peer-to-peer coaching, reflection, and shared problem-solving. It’s a place to celebrate successes, wrestle with challenges, and learn from the experiences of others who truly understand the unique opportunities and complexities of coaching. Whether you’re seeking fresh strategies, affirmation of your practice, or simply a sense of belonging within a supportive network, this community invites you to connect, grow, and thrive alongside fellow coaches across the state.
