2019 CACFP Meal Service Training


This training will focus on:

  • Identifying foods that meet the whole-grain rich criteria for CACFP
  • How to use the updated online Food Buying Guide Calculator
  • Special Dietary Needs requirements for disability and non-disability needs

Who should attend:

  • Staff who plan menus, determine amounts of food to make, buy food and/or prepare meals
  • Staff who are responsible for accommodating participants with special dietary needs

Additional information:

  • Training is available at no charge
  • Each agency may register up to two (2) attendees
  • The DPI is limiting the number of attendees for each training location, so register early!
  • Beverages and food will not be provided at the training
