The Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development in collaboration with the Department of Public Instruction will award school districts up to $1,000 for each 2019 high school graduate who also earned an approved industry-recognized certification.
Claims for CTE Technical Incentive Grants must be submitted before September 30, 2019, for consideration. Go to the CTE Technical Incentive Grants webpage to learn more.
The CTE Technical Incentive Grants program was designed to incentivize school districts to support CTE programming that leads to industry-recognized certifications. Last year, 6,672 claims were funded.
