Event Description

This hearing is to accept public testimony on proposed permanent rule Clearinghouse Rule 22-005, relating to grade ranges for school administrators and speech-language pathologists. The objective of the proposed rule is to make clarifications to the grade ranges in which school administrators and speech-language pathologists are permitted to work in a Wisconsin school.
 
The Department will hold the public hearing by teleconference only. Written comments received no later than the date of the hearing will be given the same consideration as testimony presented at the hearing.

A copy of the proposed rule is available on the department's Administrative Rules webpage or the Wisconsin Legislature Rules site. Written comments on the proposed permanent rule may be made via the Legislature’s form for submitting public comment.
