Administrative Rules Hearing – PI 34 (Educator Licenses)

Event Description

This hearing is to accept public testimony on the following proposed permanent rules amending ch. PI 34 of the Wisconsin Administrative Code related to the following:

- Clearinghouse Rule 20-082, amending PI 34 relating to relating to revisions to licensing of pupil services professionals. The proposed rule amends chapter PI 34 of the Wisconsin Administrative Code with respect to clarifying and creating flexibility around licensing rules for pupil services professionals, which include school nurses, school psychologists, and school social workers.
The Department will hold the public hearing by teleconference only. Written comments received no later than the date of the hearing will be given the same consideration as testimony presented at the hearing.
