Administrative Rules Hearing – PI 34 (Educator Licenses)

This hearing is to accept public testimony on the following rules:

• Clearinghouse Rule 24-074, a proposed permanent rule amending ch. PI 34 relating to bilingual-bicultural supplemental licenses.
• Clearinghouse Rule 24-076, a proposed permanent rule amending ch. PI 34 relating to eligibility for 5-year educational interpreter license.
• Clearinghouse Rule 24-077, a proposed permanent rule amending ch. PI 34 relating to changes to rules governing assessment teams for Tier IV master educator license.
• Emergency Rule 2413, an emergency rule amending ch. PI 34 relating to bilingual-bicultural supplemental licenses.

The Department will hold the public hearing by conference call only. Written comments received no later than the date of the hearing will be given the same consideration as testimony presented at the hearing.

Written comments on the proposed permanent rule may be made via the Legislature’s form for submitting public comment.
