Regular bi-monthly meeting of the Council on Library and Network Development (COLAND), which advises the State Superintendent of Public Instruction (DPI) to ensure that all state citizens have access to library and information services. COLAND meets every other month (six times per year) beginning in January. Additional information about COLAND is available online.
