2019-20 EE Close Out Guidance & Instructions

The Department of Public Instruction (DPI) recognizes that school closures due to COVID-19 have impacted the completion of Educator Effectiveness (EE) System processes. Three (3) resource documents have been developed regarding end-of-year completion. Each document contains a different depth of detail for different staff roles.

Implementation of Educator Effectiveness in 2019-20 (published March 24, 2020) – top level information regarding flexibility options for completion of evaluations

Finalizing Educator Evaluations for the 2019-20 School Year (published April 2020) – detailed information and decision-making considerations for each of the EE implementation options indicated in the guidance above.

Detailed form completion guidance documents for evaluators and district/charter documentation managers based on local documentation tool/platform:
