Transition from Frontline Platform

Beginning in the 2025-26 school year, DPI is no longer contracting with Frontline Education or another vendor for an educator effectiveness management platform for state model districts and independent charters.

THIS GOES INTO EFFECT JULY 1, 2025. State model districts and independent charters WILL LOSE ACCESS on or shortly after that date if they have not entered into a direct contract with Frontline for the continuation of services.

Frontline Supports - If continuing services with Frontline Education, state model districts and independent charters should submit questions and issues directly to them at pgsupport@frontlineed.com.

Download Local Records - If not continuing services with Frontline Education, local administrators AND individual users should download all forms that contain required EE Documentation Elements for local and personal record-keeping. The Archived Forms Export Tool in the platform can provide mass downloads of PDF copies. These downloads can be quite large. Districts are encouraged to complete mass downloads in intervals and not all at once.

Record-Keeping Options

State model districts and charters have new record-keeping options available. DPI has provided free downloadable forms in Google and Microsoft formats to support the continuous professional growth of the individual through meaningful conversations, reflection, and evidence-based information that can guide professional development choices.

• Use of the DPI-provided options can ensure that local record-keeping maintains the state-required documentation elements for compliance.

• Each file is a single spreadsheet with multiple sheets that contain the documentation tools and EE process supports for one educator for an entire school year.
