Understanding Wisconsin Science (NGSS) and Environmental Literacy Standards and American Indian Studies for Informal and Non-formal Educators
Join DPI consultants David O’Connor and Victoria Rydberg to explore how Master Naturalists and other formal and non-formal educators can use place-based approaches to provide culturally-relevant and inquiry-rich learning experiences. Engage in discussion about simple shifts to address Act 31 and environmental education standards at any grade level.
Registration is $25 and lunch is provided. Check-in begins at 8:30 a.m. Workshop lasts from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Museum. Registration required by January 27. Space is limited. Register now
