EPC, pronounced “Epic,” is the E-rate web portal that you will use to do all of your E-rate filings and communications with USAC. Almost every Wisconsin school district has an EPC account, but if your district does not, you should contact Client Services Bureau to get an EPC administrator account set up for your district. Your EPC administrator can then designate district staff to perform the various E-rate functions, and create EPC accounts giving them the permissions they will need.
USAC has created an EPC training site. You can set up a training account and use it to practice using EPC without affecting any of their district’s filings.
