Wisconsin Future Ready Leadership

The collaborative leadership team for planning and budgeting around instructional goals--- 4 goals of the WI Digital Learning Plan, drivers of ESSA equity-centered on the Wisconsin Information and Technology Literacy student standards.  Goal to map out leadership strands for different district roles to align with the goal..........

The Future Ready leadership strands (content strands adapted from the ISTE student standards) are national benchmarks for implementing high-quality instructional, supported by technology tools with options of personalizing the student learning experience.

Equity accessible to high-quality instruction (cite papers and resources from WDLP) ---note districts need to plan around the instructional vision for every student including the access outside of schools to digital resources, a computer dedicated for student use and broadband.  (cite COSN) 

  • strive for solutions in opportunity gaps -analysis using Future Ready framework and information

Add overview text on alignment with WI DL plan, combination of association efforts

Competencies as aligned to our state goals  - note organizations like ISTE, COSN, NASBA, etc.
