Training Series Exploring Race and Culture From a Trauma-Informed Lens Now Available

The Wisconsin Office of Children’s Mental Health recently released a video training series for the workforce that explores race and culture from a trauma-informed lens.

The video series will eventually consist of three segments with several videos exploring each individual topic. The first segment is titled “White Privilege” and has two parts, each lasting about 30 minutes:

Each video is accompanied by a toolkit that includes engaging discussion questions and resources. Visit the Office of Children’s Mental Health’s website for full videos and toolkits as part of this training series.

Additional segments in this training series include videos on implicit bias (scheduled for release on March 22, 2022) and working with people with differing racial and culture backgrounds (scheduled for release on April 26, 2022).
