Wisconsin Student's Artwork Chosen for 2022 InSights Art Calendar

Billy Payne, a student from the Wisconsin School for the Blind and Visually Impaired in Janesville, Wisconsin, earned a “Visioneer Award” in the ungraded category of students in the 2020 APH InSights Art Competition. The competition is hosted by the American Printing House for the Blind, and his creation “Mask of the Undead,” was selected for next year’s 2022 InSights Art Calendar, which will be available in Braille and large print.

The American Printing House for the Blind is a nonprofit company that creates education, workplace, and independent products for those who are blind or visually impaired.

Award winners, including Billy Payne’s art, are featured in the APH InSights Art Honorable Mention and Visioneer Awards video. Each piece is specifically described and celebrated.
