Stanford Taylor to deliver virtual State of Education Address

State superintendent to provide update on education, present budget priorities in speech

MADISON — State Superintendent Carolyn Stanford Taylor will present her annual State of Education Address at noon on Thursday, Sept. 17, 2020. Stanford Taylor’s address will air via Wisconsin Eye’s live streaming function, available at WisEye.org/live.
 
During her address, Stanford Taylor will provide updates on the K-12 public education system as it relates to the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as lay out several priorities in the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction’s 2021-2023 biennial budget request.
