Public Library System Plan and Certification of Intent to Comply for Calendar Year (PI-2446)

Guidelines for Public Library System Annual Plans and Program Budgets

Each year, public library systems submit a plan to the Division for Libraries and Technology describing the program and budget for library service to be carried out in the subsequent year as required by s. 43.17(5) and 43.24(3) Wis. Stats. The following are library system plans approved by the DPI for the past five years.

** Eastern Shores Library System and Mid-Wisconsin Federated Library System merged to form the Monarch Library System effective January 1, 2017.
*** Effective September 26, 2018, Indianhead Federated Library System became the IFLS Library System.
