Professional Development Funding Opportunity

Interested in funding for professional development? The Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction has funding to support school nutrition professionals completion of the Quality Meal Improvement (QMI) training series. The QMI training topics include: communications, culinary skills, customer service, farm to school, marketing, serving appealing school meals, and student engagement. The QMI courses satisfy requirements needed for those working towards certification through the Goal Oriented Achievement Learning Skills (GOALS) Training Program. The QMI Training Interest Survey is to gather information about your School Food Authority’s interest in participating in the QMI training series during summer 2022. Please complete the survey by November 12, 2021.
