In any given scenario, aid received by a district would be the total of the actual amounts of aid on each row of a column. The sum total of aid will never be less than the amount found in row one (primary level) of the appropriate column.

K-8 and UHS districts should consult their aid certification worksheet for Guarantees for their type of district.
