The ESSER Grants staff hopes you will find this message on availability useful in the ongoing management of your ESSER grants. Please let them know if you have any questions or concerns at essergrants@dpi.wi.gov.
The ESSER Grants staff at the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction are announcing their availability during ESSER office hours. Beginning Tuesday, February 7, 2023, ESSER office hours will be offered twice each week for one hour:
- Tuesdays from 9 - 9:50 a.m.
- Thursdays from 1 - 1:50 p.m.
- Weekly through September 30, 2024 (end of the ESSER III period of performance)
- Please note that we will not be available Tuesday, February 28, 2023, as we will be presenting at the WASBO Federal Funding Conference. Staff will also not be available on legal holidays that occur on a Tuesday or Thursday.
Office hours are a time to bring your questions about the ESSER grant programs and get answers from DPI staff who support the ESSER grant programs. ESSER grants staff will not be presenting during this time; it’s specifically for you to receive individualized assistance with your ESSER grants from a DPI staff member, to ask questions or to walk through a challenge you may have in your district or school.
Attendees may join the ESSER Office Hours Microsoft Teams virtual meeting space at any time during the available hours noted above. We will not send this meeting as a calendar appointment, so please add to your calendar with the meeting information below or make a note of the times if you wish to join with your questions.
DPI staff will also keep track of questions in this ESSER Office Hours Notes and Resources document, so if you do not attend the office hours, you can still see what types of questions are being asked and the responses being provided by DPI staff.
