Each fall, the Department of Revenue certifies to DPI school district property values to be used in the apportionment of district tax levies. This fall value certification is populated into the SAFR PI-401 application and used by school districts in certifying tax levies to municipal clerks. Fall 2020 values are now available in SAFR and on our Property Value page. As a reminder, “TID-Out” values (excluding TID increments) are used in levy apportionment.
