2025-2026 Budget Report – Due Today
Please ensure the district’s 2025-26 Budget data has been pushed to WISEdata Finance and then work through the Budget Report Module in WiSFiP. Address any validations or addenda prior to certifying any board approved budget. More information pertaining to the Budget Reports can be found on the DPI Website.
Updating 2024-2025 Annual Report
Please ensure that any audit or late entries have been made in the district’s books and repushed to WISEdata Finance for the FY2024-2025 Annual Report. Once repushed the district should rerun validations to ensure the entries did not cause new validations and update any related addenda. Unless there is an approved GAAP to Regulatory difference the Annual Report should align with the Audited Financial Statements.

Dual Reporting – PI-1563 and WiSFiP Pupil Count Module
Dual reporting in both the WiSFiP Module and PI-1563 is required of all Wisconsin public school districts in the 2025-26 school year.
Several districts have not published data in the Module since the DPI collection snapshot date of October 5, 2025. Districts whose resident students attend a non-resident district (i.e. open enrolled students or students on a 66.0301 agreement) depend on the data that you are publishing regarding their students to reconcile their WiSFiP data.
If your district has not pushed data from your SIS to WISEdata Portal, then staged and published data in the WiSFiP Pupil Count Module recently, your data is not up to date. You are also not seeing the most recent data from other districts.
Please be sure the appropriate person in your district is working in the WiSFiP Pupil Count Module as soon as possible to bring in the most current data from WISEdata Portal. If you have questions regarding what you need to do, please contact Kathy Fry at kathleen.fry@dpi.wi.gov .
