The No Valid License report is now open in WISEgrants (see SPED No Valid License (NVL)/Questioned Cost Process for FY 2021-2022 bulletin from July 29).
The document linked below contains a list of LEAs with No Valid License/Questioned Costs that need to be reviewed, as well as instructions about auditor access. The auditors who are auditing those agencies need to complete the outlined steps to get access to WISEgrants for the specific LEA. The auditor’s user account will need to be granted the "Auditor – State and Single Audits" Global Access Item on the Edit Access screen so they can edit and save data the applicable data in WISEgrants.
